Going the Extra Mile in Frequency Components

Since 2007, FCom has specialized in the production of frequency control and timing devices, including quartz crystals, oscillators, and SAW devices. Technical decisions and process controls are systematically structured to meet rigorous specification requirements.

How We Go the Extra Mile

Three critical manufacturing stages that directly determine final component performance.

We start with the crystal, where performance begins.

Key materials are imported-grade by default. Quartz purity, ceramic package integrity, electrode material quality. These set the ceiling for aging rate, temperature stability, and phase noise. When cost pressure calls for cheaper alternatives, we stay with what keeps the product stable at year five, year ten, and beyond.

We test every parameter on the datasheet.

Many manufacturers test basic parameters at final inspection. We test them all: frequency, ESR, drive level, waveform, current, phase noise, temperature characteristics. Our internal limits are tighter than the published specifications. The unit you receive outperforms the document you read.

We build for the lot that ships in year ten.

Approved Vendor List (AVL) qualification requires sustained batch-to-batch uniformity. To ensure consistent lot-to-lot repeatability, our facility integrates specialized Japanese systems, enclosed automated lines, and experienced technical leads to maintain stable product metrics across production cycles.

FCom Development Timeline: 2007 to Present

Our technical progression demonstrates consistent compliance with tightening industry specifications. Each historical phase represents a verified increase in manufacturing precision and product reliability.
2007
Fuji Crystal (Hong Kong) Electronics Co., Ltd. established.
2013
Entered the supply chains of VVDN, Jabil, and Honeywell. These customers audit, stress-test, and verify before issuing a single PO.
2015
Annual capacity reached 100 million pieces. Shenzhen office opened for direct customer support.
2019
AEC-Q200 qualification achieved. Full vehicle-grade product standardization.
2020
Tenth anniversary. Certified supplier to Arrow and Digikey, two of the world's largest electronic component distributors.
2022
Capacity expanded to 150 million pieces per year. Fully automated production across all lines.
2024
Military-grade products launched: high-precision OCXO, ruggedized oscillators for base stations, satellites, and aerospace.

The People Behind the Products

To protect your supply chain, our independent quality unit holds absolute pass/fail authority over every shipment. Guided by engineering leadership with over a decade of frequency control experience, this structure ensures that schedule or yield pressures never compromise the reliability of your components.

We Own the Performance on Your Board

A frequency component is only as good as the system around it. Our engineers stay with you through validation.

Design Review

We check your clock section before layout freeze. Power routing, termination, bypass placement — small things that determine real-world performance.

Test Alignment

We align measurement methods with your setup so jitter and phase noise data from our lab matches what you see on your bench.

Failure Analysis

When something goes wrong, we run structured FA: compare to known-good reference, isolate root cause, and provide a clear report with recommendations.
