Your Integrated Supply Source For Crystals, Oscillators, And RF Filters.

We manufacture a wide range of frequency control components, from 32.768 kHz tuning fork crystals to high-precision OCXOs, to streamline your engineering procurement.

Crystals

Quartz Crystal Resonators & Tuning Fork Crystals — AT-cut and tuning-fork from kHz to MHz, packages down to 1.2×1.0 mm. AEC-Q200 qualified.

Oscillators

XO, TCXO, VCXO, and OCXO — organized by performance: Low EMI, Ultra-Low Jitter, Wide Temperature, High Precision. Differential to 220 MHz, jitter to 0.05 ps.

RF & Filters

SAW Resonators, SAW Filters, and Crystal Filters. We manage complete in-house design and manufacturing to ensure direct quality control.

Crystals That Hold Frequency for A decade. Not Just for The First 1,000 Hours.

Quartz crystal resonators and tuning fork crystals — from standard SMD to AEC-Q200 automotive grade, with ±5 ppm tolerance where your design needs the margin.

Every crystal lot goes through incoming material inspection, in-process frequency verification, and outgoing full-parameter testing — not just the basics. The data sheet says one thing. What leaves the factory is typically tighter.

Quartz Crystal Resonators

AT-cut, fundamental-mode. Standard ±10 ppm; tight-tolerance ±5 ppm for designs that cannot afford guard-band. AEC-Q200 qualified variants for under-hood and chassis applications.

Find Your Match Through Performance Specifications.

XO, TCXO, VCXO, and OCXO — organized into performance platforms so you match a spec to a series in minutes, not hours.
Every series shares the same manufacturing backbone — Japanese vacuum-sealing equipment, in-house crystal cut/angle design, and a three-gate QC process that tests every parameter on the data sheet.

Your Filters Share The Same In-House Manufacturing Lines And Quality Control Standards As Our Crystals.

We handle the full manufacturing of SAW resonators, SAW filters, and monolithic crystal filters within our own factory floor. This unified production infrastructure delivers direct process visibility and consistent component reliability.

SAW Resonators

315 MHz to 915 MHz, for remote keyless entry, TPMS, and ISM-band transmitters. Low insertion loss, tight frequency tolerance.

SAW Filters

RF front-end selectivity for GNSS receivers, cellular modules, and IoT gateways. In-house photolithography and IDT deposition — not a catalog part with someone else’s logo.

Monolithic Crystal Filters

Narrow-band IF filters from 10.7 MHz to 45 MHz. For professional communication equipment, test instruments, and applications where a steep skirt factor matters more than a low price.
When you buy filters from a company that also makes the crystals inside them, the traceability chain is shorter. The quality gate is the same one your oscillator order went through. And the engineer who answers your filter question works on the same factory floor as the engineer who designed the resonator inside it.

Incoming. In-process. Outgoing. Three gates every part passes. Not just the final test.

What separates a part that works on the bench from a part that works in the field for ten years is what happens before it ever reaches the test socket.

Incoming Quality Control

We inspect all incoming quartz, ceramic packages, conductor paste, and driver ICs upon arrival. We sort these materials to match the technical requirements of high-stability, automotive, or commercial platforms. Every component must meet our baseline threshold before we release it to the production floor.

In-Process Quality Control

Automated production equipment runs across our specialized workshops. Our manufacturing processes include crystal cutting, wafer etching, oscillator assembly, and filter photolithography. We utilize visual-recognition die-bonding, vacuum-sealing stations, and sputtering coaters. Every critical station logs process data to track each production lot.

Outgoing Quality Control

Every parameter on the data sheet is tested — not a sampling, not just the basics. Frequency, ESR, drive level, start-up margin for crystals. Phase noise, jitter, temperature stability, current draw for oscillators. Insertion loss, bandwidth, stopband rejection for filters. What ships is typically tighter than what the data sheet guarantees.
20+ Parameter Testing

No minimum order. Free samples. An engineer on the other end of the email.

You need five pieces to validate a design, not a reel of 3,000 you will never use. FCom ships samples at no charge — you cover the freight, we cover the parts and the engineering support.
Eighty percent of FCom customers need a part that is not in the catalog — a non-standard frequency, a tighter stability grade, a different output format, a wider temperature window. Our engineering team works directly with your engineers to define the spec, validate the fit, and get samples into your lab within 48 to 72 hours for standard parts.

Lead times: crystals and standard XOs ship in one week. Differential oscillators in two to four weeks. Custom OCXOs start at eight weeks — and our engineering team keeps you posted at every milestone.

One hundred fifty million parts a year means production capacity is rarely the bottleneck. The bottleneck is usually the decision to try a new supplier. That one is on you.
