Test conditions unless noted: 25 ±5 °C, 40–70% RH; measurements at 15 pF load for timing parameters. For load selection and drive budget, see Load Capacitance & Drive Level, and for power-up behavior see Start-Up Time in Crystal Oscillators.
Enable/Disable (Tri-state OE)
Output is enabled when OE is logic high and enters high-impedance when OE is low. Typical logic thresholds: enable ≥2.2 V, disable ≤0.8 V. During disable, standby current is ≤15 µA. For threshold, symmetry and timing definitions, refer to XTAL Oscillator Parameters.
Why FCO-HL Fits These Systems
- Wide frequency span supports multiple clock domains across industrial and comms designs.
- CMOS/TTL choices simplify interface to legacy logic or modern MCU/FPGA designs.
- OE tri-state enables low-power standby and clean clock gating without bus contention.
