Fuji Crystal introduced a new generation of programmable high frequency precision TCXO product – 3.2×2.5mm FVT-3P

FVT-3P have three logic outputs to choose from, namely CMOS (single-ended output) and LVPECL, LVDS (Differential output).

FVT-3P has the advantages of any frequency, rapid development and low phase noise. Phase noise level (Phase Jitter) Typical: 0.8pSec (frequency range offset 12KHz~20MHz).

The working voltage of FVT-3P is 3.3V and 2.5V, and the frequency stability can reach +/-1.0ppm in the temperature range of -40℃~+85℃. CMOS output, frequency range: 10MHz~250MHz. LVPECL and LVDS output, frequency range: 10MHz~1.5GHz.

FVT-3P provides the frequency points required by different applications in different fields to meet the needs of customers for various frequencies, high precision and miniaturization.
